Today was our fourth day of online class. As usual first session was taken by Neena ma'am. Ma'am started the session by playing a video. That was heart touching. Then ma'am discussed about characteristics of teaching. Teaching have 3 stages that are

Next session was physical education was taken by our Dr.George Thomas sir.sir gave us a chance to discuss about previous classes.Then sir gave an introduction about pranayam.
Last session was taken by Dr Ancy ma'am. Teacher told us about different stages of development.
