Health education class

 Today I conducted health education class for 8 C students. The topic was about ' life style disease - obesity' . Students were so attentive and responsive throughout the class. After the class I gave them an activity to check their BMI and analyse their health status based on that. I taught them about the causes and complications of obesity. They asked me alot of questions regarding the topic. They were very eager to know how to prevent obesity. I showed them slides and videos regarding the topic that made class very interesting and active.
